In 2013, our journey toward the groundbreaking product you see today began. It all started with a crucial insight from a client who expressed the frustration of eyeglass wearers while skiing. We didn't just listen; we took her idea to heart and embarked on the intricate process of dissecting ski goggles – dismantling them with precision using files and milling machines. The challenge then was to seamlessly integrate optical glass into the double lens setup of ski goggles. Moving from concept to reality was a journey that demanded time, perseverance, and overcame a few setbacks along the way.
REVOLUTIONIZING TECHNOLOGY

In a time of remarkable advancements in the ophthalmic lens industry, groundbreaking products surfaced, enabling seamless integration into intricately curved sports goggles. As image quality soared to unprecedented heights, we seized the opportunity to introduce our pioneering products to the Austrian market. Building on our leadership in sports eyewear, fueled in part by the creation of optically glazed ski goggles, we've continually solidified our position as innovators in the industry.
ELEVATING OPTICAL EXCELLENCE

Our optical lenses seamlessly integrate into the rear of the double lens system in ski goggles, presenting many advantages. The precise alignment of the optical lenses with the curvature of the ski goggles ensures the front surface mirrors the ski mask's parallel plane. To combat immediate fogging, a deliberate gap prevents direct contact between the optical lenses and the front lens. These curved optical lenses not only significantly expand the field of vision, eliminating virtually all blind spots, but also provide additional peripheral information, enhancing both coordination and the vestibular system. Countless customers have shared their experiences, expressing heightened stability on skis, reduced fatigue, and an overall more enjoyable skiing experience.
MOVING THE TECHNOLOGY FORWARD

In 2019, our pursuit of enhancement led us to elevate our existing system. Previously, we exclusively equipped ski and motocross goggles with 'spherical' sun protection lenses. However, the evolving landscape of sports goggles revealed an increasing adoption of toric lens systems, featuring varying degrees of curvature both vertically and horizontally in protective panels.

In response, we pioneered a full-rim adapter system, leveraging the expertise we had acquired. This innovation allows the seamless reattachment of the inner lens, featuring applied optical lenses, to the front lens. The full-rim adapter plays a crucial role in compensating for curvature differences in the front lens, ensuring the back surface of the adapter maintains a spherical form. The inner panel, housing the optical lenses, is then expertly molded and affixed to this adapted surface.
